answering and emergency dispatch services.

you share with us. This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and safeguard your data in compliance
with applicable laws and carrier requirements.
Night Watch provides AI-powered telephone answering, call screening, emergency triage, and dispatch
notification services (the "Service"). By using our Service, you consent to the data practices described in
this Privacy Policy.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Information You Provide
We collect information you provide directly to us when you apply for our pilot program, request a quote, or
configure your account. This includes:
- Business Entity Name and Contact Details
- Authorized Representative Name, Email, and Phone Number
- Service preferences, dispatch instructions, and on-call schedules
- Payment information (processed securely by third-party processors)
2.2 Customer Proprietary Network Information (CPNI)
In providing our services, we may collect Customer Proprietary Network Information ("CPNI"). CPNI includes
information related to the quantity, technical configuration, type, destination, location, and amount of use
of a telecommunications service. We protect CPNI in accordance with federal laws and regulations. We do not
sell, trade, or share CPNI with third parties for marketing purposes without your express consent, except as
required by law or to provide the Service.
2.3 Call Recording Compliance
Notice of Quality Assurance and Legal Compliance:
- Service Recording: To ensure service quality, accurate emergency dispatch, and
training, all calls handled by Night Watch are recorded. This includes audio of conversations between
callers and our AI system.
- Tennessee Law: We record calls in compliance with Tennessee law, which allows for
recording with one-party consent.
- Notice Provided: Our system provides verbal notice at the beginning of each call that
the interaction is being recorded.
- Caller Consent: By continuing the call after receiving this notice, callers consent to
the recording of the conversation.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve our AI dispatch services.
- Process transactions and send related information, including confirmations and invoices.
- Send technical notices, updates, security alerts, and support and administrative messages.
- Respond to your comments, questions, and requests.
- Monitor and analyze trends, usage, and activities in connection with our Service.
- Detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent transactions and other illegal activities.
4. SMS Communication & Consent
4.1 Opt-In Information
KnoxCalls Night Watch provides emergency dispatch notifications and account alerts via SMS. We obtain
consent as follows:
- Consent Flow (Website): End-users consent to receive SMS messages by providing their
phone number through our web-based SMS signup form at knoxcalls.com and checking the explicit opt-in
consent checkbox. The checkbox is unchecked by default and consent is not a condition of purchase.
- Explicit Agreement: By entering your phone number, checking the designated consent
box, and clicking "Submit," you agree to receive automated service alerts from KnoxCalls.
- No Third-Party Sharing: Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or
affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator
opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

4.2 Message Details
- Program Description: Alerts for emergency calls, service updates, and account
notifications.
- Message Frequency: Frequency varies based on call volume and account activity.
- Cost: Message and data rates may apply.
- Opt-Out: Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. We will send one
final confirmation SMS.
- Support: Reply HELP for assistance or email info@knoxcalls.com.
5. Sharing of Information
We strictly limit how we share your information. We may share your data in the following circumstances:
5.1 Third-Party Sub-Processors
We engage trusted third-party vendors to help us provide the Service. These vendors are authorized to use
your personal information only as necessary to provide these services to us. Categories of sub-processors
include:
- Telephony & CPaaS Providers: (e.g., Telnyx, Twilio) To facilitate calls and SMS.
- AI & Transcription Services: (e.g., Vapi, OpenAI) To process voice audio and generate
transcripts.
- Cloud Infrastructure: (e.g., Railway, AWS) To host our secure application data.
5.2 Legal Compliance
We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is
necessary to:
- Comply with a legal obligation, subpoena, or court order.
