Will callers know they're not talking to a person?

Most can't tell. Night Watch answers naturally, uses your business name, and handles conversations like your best dispatcher would. We've tested it—people think they're talking to your team.

What if I don't respond to an emergency alert?

With the Bulldog add-on, Night Watch keeps trying. It will persist until someone acknowledges. Without Bulldog, you get a single priority dispatch call and can respond on your schedule.

Can I change when Night Watch is active?

Absolutely. Forward when you're done for the day, un-forward when you start. Most contractors do 5 PM to 7 AM plus weekends. But you're in control.

Do I need to change my business phone number?
