Welcome to KnoxCalls Night Watch. These Terms of Service ("Terms") impose legal obligations on you and KNOXCALLS, LLC regarding your use of our AI-powered answering and dispatch services.
KnoxCalls Night Watch ("Night Watch") acts as an AI agent for your business. We provide:
KnoxCalls Night Watch subscriptions include a specific monthly allocation of high-quality minutes (e.g., 200 minutes or 500 minutes) as defined in your chosen plan. These minutes cover all professional call handling, including screening, triage, and dispatch activity handled by the AI.
In the event that your business exceeds its monthly minute allocation, additional usage will be billed at a rate of $0.20 per minute. Overages are calculated and billed at the end of each billing cycle. KnoxCalls reserves the right to review accounts with consistently high volume to ensure you are on the most cost-effective plan for your business size.
CRITICAL DISCLAIMER: Night Watch is an administrative utility for business maintenance calls. We are NOT a replacement for 911. Our AI may not recognize all life-threatening emergencies. You agree to instruct your customers to dial 911 for life-threatening emergencies.
KnoxCalls reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to refuse service, deny enrollment, or terminate access to the Service for any business or individual for any reason or no reason at all. Filling out an inquiry or enrollment form does not constitute a guarantee of service.
We reserve the right to change our pricing, including subscription fees and add-on costs, at any time. For existing active subscribers, price changes will take effect after providing a minimum of thirty (30) days' notice via the email address associated with your account.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful business purposes. The following use cases are STRICTLY PROHIBITED:
Violation of this policy will result in immediate termination of service and reporting to relevant authorities.
SMS notifications are optional and are not a condition of enrollment or service. If you provide a mobile number and give explicit consent to SMS — either during enrollment or via our SMS Opt-In page — you will receive dispatch alerts, service notifications, and account updates by text message. If you do not provide SMS consent, KnoxCalls will deliver the same notifications via the email address on your account. All KnoxCalls email communications include an unsubscribe link.
Our Service allows you to optionally connect third-party platforms, such as Google Calendar or Microsoft 365, to synchronize technician availability and dispatch appointments. By enabling these integrations:

We reserve the right to terminate service immediately if you violate these Terms, particularly the Acceptable Use Policy. You may cancel at any time via email to info@knoxcalls.com.
KnoxCalls Night Watch offers a referral reward program ("Referral Program") that allows eligible individuals to earn a one-time cash reward by referring new businesses to the Night Watch service. Participation in the Referral Program is subject to the following terms and conditions.
A referral reward in an amount determined by KnoxCalls at the time of the referral will be issued to the referring individual upon satisfaction of all qualifying conditions set forth in Section 7.2. The applicable reward amount will be communicated through official KnoxCalls promotional materials. Rewards are issued per referred business, not per individual contact, and are non-transferable.
To qualify for a referral reward, all of the following conditions must be met:
Rewards are processed within fourteen (14) business days following confirmation that all qualifying conditions have been met. KnoxCalls will contact the referring individual using the contact information provided at the time the referral code was issued. KnoxCalls reserves the right to request identity verification prior to disbursement.
KnoxCalls reserves the right to disqualify a referral and withhold any associated reward if, in its sole determination:
KnoxCalls reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Referral Program at any time, with or without notice. Changes will not affect rewards for referrals that have already satisfied all qualifying conditions at the time of modification.
Referral rewards may constitute taxable income under applicable federal, state, and local tax laws. Recipients are solely responsible for reporting and remitting any taxes owed in connection with rewards received through the Referral Program. KnoxCalls will issue applicable tax documentation as required by law.
